The location of this hotel is fantastic. All rooms face the harbor and most have small balconies, so it was really delightful to sit out there in the morning and have coffee. The room is small but very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel, very well maintained, is across the road from the harbor and ferry services. It serves a well done and varied buffet breakfast of choice.

Great renovation! Comfortable, clean with great view. Loved the new elevator, laundry facilities, breakfast area! Wasn't nearly as nice 20 years ago during our first stay! We'll done! Reception personnel were welcoming, efficient, professional....especially Garvy! Kudos to one and all!

We Loved the location. We were on a Motorcycle and they were very helpful after a storm with old towels to wipe it off. Everyone was very helpful with all our needs

The room was clean and pleasant, the atmosphere was quiet at night, in spite of it being a downtown location. The harbor view was stunning and breakfast was varied and well done.

The hotel, built in the 70s had recently undergone a facelift that was still being completed. The rooms bad been refreshed, and the public spaces updated. Rockland is less jammed with tourists at this time of year than its cousin cities and contributed to a more relaxing experience. The building was right in town and made for easy access to shops, a marvelous art museum and restaurants.
